Steinway 1897 Return to classic pianos This Steinway from 1897 packs quite a wallop. Rebuilt in 1996 by The Pianosmith it comes with the original soundboard repaired, a new pin block, strings, and re-gilded plate. The action has new hammers and has been gone over with a fine tooth comb. The original ivories are in excellent shape. Its been fully regulated and tuned. This 6' foot 1" produces a great sound. The black satin finish was not redone. This piano comes with a bench.
