I recently purchased a Hailun baby grand piano from The Pianosmith in Somerville. I visited the shop many times over a long period of time, looking at and playing many of the pianos in the shop. I also visited other piano shops in the area, only to return to The Pianosmith. The service received from the entire staff while deciding on what piano I preferred was exceptional. They took the time to explain the features of each piano while I played it and told me how each piano compared to other models. I am completely satisfied with the piano I purchased and very happy with the service. Ken also tunes my pianos. Ken and his staff are great and it's very pleasurable to have dealings with them. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.
